Meet Dr. Peter Meadow
Dr. Meadow graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984 and has been in practice in Farmington, CT since then. Previously, he practiced massage therapy and taught yoga and holistic lifestyles in northern California. He received his BA, Magna Cum Laude, from St. John’s College (Santa Fe, NM), in 1973 and his MA in philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976. He has long been an active member of central Connecticut’s holistic community. He has led meditation retreats for many years and has served as the assistant director of West Hartford Yoga since it opened in 2002.
Peter is an avid gardener and enjoys kayaking the beautiful waters of southern New England and photographing what he sees. He lives with his long-time partner, Barbara Ruzansky, in Lyme and is the father of two wonderful grown sons, has 4 young grandchildren, and 2 beautiful dogs.
